We consider both properties to be excellent value for money without compromising quality. With no added extras to worry about, and as standard, the following are included in our rates:

• All linen and towels (bath and pool/beach) 

• Dove Soap. Cleaning and clothes washing products

• Tea, Coffee, sugar, bottled water, and basic condiments such as salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, seasonings, etc

• Bottled Gas and ALL utilities

• Toilet and kitchen rolls, food wrap

• Arrival & Departures times to suit your travel arrangements

• Final clean of the property after departure

All this leaves you more money to spend on enjoying your holiday.

CASA SUSANA

CASITA COLINA

We do not rent out Casita Colina as a separate unit, but if you have a larger group and / or want to add more space / privacy for members of your party,  Casita Colina is available to rent, with Casa Susana, for  £175 per week  (£25 per night) in addition to the rental cost of Casa Susana.

 

     PLEASE NOTE: 

• The Casita will not be rented separately from The Main House. It will simply be locked if not in use.

• Minimum rental for both properties is 1 week
