CASITA
COLINA is a lovely old cottage just down the
sloping path
from Casa Susana (see pictures below) and sharing the same wonderful views.
It has the following features:

One bedroom with two single
beds, a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers
and a ceiling fan. There is also a clock/radio and a hairdryer.

The lounge has an
open fireplace.
TV/Video (Basic UK satellite channels), a DVD player, CD Player/radio. Plenty of books, DVD's Videos
and games. This room also has a settee and
two chairs. plus a ceiling fan.

Bathroom containing Shower,
toilet and sink.

Kitchen with Hob, Combination
Microwave, Fridge, Table and 4 chairs, toaster, plus all the
usual kitchen crockery and utensils.

Utility room with
washing machine, clothes line.
Ironing board and Iron.

Outside at the front, there is
an enclosed patio area with Swing Hammock, Table and Chairs,
2 Sun Loungers, and BBQ.
CASITA
COLINA
is not rented out as a separate unit, but at an extra cost of £175 per week
can be booked with Casa Susana if you have a larger
group, or if 2
of your group want to have their own space. It is situated just outside of
the fenced off part of Casa Susana (see last photograph below)
If the Casita is not booked for use
with Casa Susana, it is simply kept locked.
The
cottage has two single beds, thereby providing a more flexible
sleeping arrangement.
In front
of the cottage, a little way
down the hill, there is a single line railway track. Our guests
have never found this to be a problem as there are only about 8
- 10 trains a day that travel along this line, and they travel
slowly due to the many bends in the track. As there are so
few trains they are not bothersome, in fact they can be quite a
novelty, as they can be seen coming
from quite a way off.
